Tired swimming facilities, ok gym, but very expensive.
They recently stopped all classes for a week, then shut the gym completely the following week, and offered members only a few guest passes as compensation for this - and only made those available for a very limited time too. Ask too late, and you got nothing. They should have refunded a week's membership at the very least - but they just don't care.
Very sensitive to Facebook criticism - they're active in removing negative comments/reviews, and flooding it with positive "counter-reviews".
